With a background in building and operating janitorial management companies, he brings firsthand experience in the operational challenges of the home services industry. HomeLens was founded to elevate both sides of the market: improving the homeowner experience through AI-driven diagnostics and solutions while empowering service providers and new entrepreneurs to grow efficiently without relying on expensive, capital-intensive lead acquisition models.
Tomas
Co-Founder & COO
Tomas has a background in risk management with a strong operational mindset and a hands-on leadership style. As the company's COO, he focuses on building efficient systems, strengthening day-to-day execution, and making sure teams have what they need to succeed. With experience managing employee processes at a janitorial management company, he brings a people-first approach to operations, balancing structure, accountability, and clear communication to keep everything running smoothly.

Co-Founder & CFO
As the CFO of HomeLens, he is responsible for building and scaling the company's financial infrastructure from the ground up. With a strong background in finance, he leads financial planning, forecasting, and KPI development to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. His focus is on establishing robust financial systems, tracking key metrics like revenue growth, unit economics, and burn rate, and ensuring capital efficiency as the company scales.
